ESL Export Ltd has been awarded the internal insulated wall and ceiling temperature controlled panels for the new germination and Kiln buildings which form part of the new brewery in Alrode, Johannesburg for SAB (South African Breweries).
The client has opted for the Kingspan CS1100 product which is made in the UK due to the FM and long term product warranty requirements. The environment within the buildings is aggressive with 100% humidity, varying temperatures and high wind load pressures from the internal manufacturing processes.
This challenging project is currently in the design process with our in-house design department and is due for site commencement in January 2015.
