Who we share your information with and why
ESL works with statutory bodies when requested such as HSE in order to comply with statutory regulations.
Some examples of the categories of third parties with whom we share your data are:

- Debt recovery agencies – we may if required use debt collections agencies to recover monies owed.

How long we keep your information
The length of time we retain your information it is determined by a number of factors including the purpose for which we use that information and our obligations under other laws.
