We have completed the design, supply and installation of the aluminium standing seam multi curved roof covering for the Lake Kutubu Convention and Performing Arts Centre Papua New Guinea. The building design draws on indigenous culture and traditions, with the objective being that the development has a local character and appeal to the people of PNG. To achieve this aim the roof integrates aspects of local architecture, notably through the incorporation of the traditional longhouse building form.
Our in-house structural, design and engineering department worked closely with our supply chain partner Kalzip. Materials, plant and equipment were shipped from Europe to Port Moresby.
